Within the areas of our expertise in the field of business law, we undertake representation in injunctive measure and ordinary procedures before the competent courts of Greece including mediation as a mandatory prerequisite in this context. In particular, we have great experience in pursuing and enforcing monetary and other claims originating from commercial contracts, as well as in defending businesses towards similar claims. Moreover, we deal with unfair competition disputes between businesses, including the area of food marketing.

In our perception, dispute resolution does not, though, necessarily require court litigation which mostly proves to be long-lasting and costly. In order to achieve for the client advantageous results in a quite faster and more effective way, we make the best possible use of negotiations and out-of-court settlements with the counterparty, and if feasible, we may recourse to alternative dispute resolution bodies that have excellent knowledge of the subject matter and ensure the speedy enforcement of legal claims.
